SIM Hosting Services / Virtual Mobile Number
Our SIM Card Hosting
Service can be used in conjunction with the Bulk SMS Service, by receiving SMS's
via the SIM Card Hosting Service and sending them out using the Bulk SMS Service.
Upon receipt of an SMS the SIM Card Hosting Service will make a HTTP request to
a script on your Webserver. FunOnPhone.com can host a GSM Terminal with your own
SIM card at a secure data facility, as part of a Two-Way messaging service. This
allows your company to outsource all SMS receipt requirements to FunOnPhone.com's
SIM Hosting Service.
Upon receipt of an SMS to your own SIM card number,our
SMS servers will automatically send a Standard Web HTTP GET/POST request to your
own servers or will route the message to you through SMPP protocol. This will
include the senders mobile number, the text message itself, and a time/date stamp.
To setup a Full Hosting Account, MX Telecom will require the following:
We
maintain an uptime of 99% for your SIM Card.
Requirements- An
unblocked SIM card subscribing to a mobile network of your choice, with Roaming
Switched on (We will host it in India).
- Please post the SIM card
to FunOnPhone.com
The following SIM card information will also be required:
mobile phone number, operator name, and SIM card PIN code.
- A
URL and HTTP GET format to which the incoming SMS message information should be
sent to via HTTP GET.
- Optionally a SMPP account to send the messages
via SMPP protocol v3.4
